  • Your discovery consultation is a chance for us to learn about your business, goals, challenges, and audience. We’ll discuss where your current marketing is working, where there may be opportunities for improvement, and which services are likely to have the biggest impact.

  • Yes. Most projects begin with a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve your place in our schedule and allow work to begin.

    The remaining balance is due before the final delivery of your project, whether that’s a completed brand identity, website, marketing materials, or other agreed-upon deliverables.

    If your project includes ongoing services such as SEO, social media management, or website maintenance, payment schedules will be outlined in your proposal before work begins.

  • Project timelines vary depending on the scope, complexity, and responsiveness during the review process. Most projects fall within these general timeframes:

    • Branding & Logo Design: 2–4 weeks

    • Website Design or Redesign: 4–8 weeks

    • SEO Audits & Website Optimization: 2–4 weeks

    • Creative Strategy & Marketing Consultations: Varies by project scope

    • Social Media Management: Ongoing monthly service

    • Marketing Materials & Smaller Design Projects: Typically 3–10 business days

    That said, our goal is to deliver work you’re genuinely excited to use. Throughout the project, you’ll have opportunities to review progress and provide feedback, and reasonable revisions are included to ensure the final result aligns with your goals.
