Cactus Rose is a lifestyle and affiliate content brand operated under the same ownership.

a. Custom Design or Marketing Services
A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to book a project.
Final payment is due prior to delivery or launch.
Late payments may delay project completion.
b. Digital Products
Due to the instant-access nature of digital goods, all sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges will be provided once the product is downloaded or accessed.
c. Affiliate Links
Some blog posts include affiliate links. We may earn a small commission when you purchase through these links at no additional cost to you.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, please contact us at hello@juniebugdesigns.com.
Cancellations made after project start are non-refundable.
Unused deposits may be transferred to future services at our discretion.
7. Refund Policy
We stand by the quality of our work and strive for client satisfaction, but due to the custom and digital nature of our services, refunds are not guaranteed.
Refunds are considered only in cases of clear error, breach of contract, or duplicate payment.
8. Third-Party Tools & Services
We may provide access to or integrate third-party tools (such as Google Analytics, Pinterest, Mailchimp, or WordPress).
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or functionality of those third parties. Please review their respective terms of use.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
