Refund & Cancellation Policy

At JunieBug Designs, we take pride in every project and product we create.

Because our work involves customized services and instant-access digital files, we’ve outlined this Refund & Cancellation Policy to keep things transparent and fair for everyone involved.

1. Custom Services

(Website Design, Branding, Pinterest Management, Email Marketing, etc.)

Deposits

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book your project and secure your place in our production schedule.

This deposit compensates for time, planning, and resources reserved specifically for you.

Final Payments

The remaining balance is due before final delivery or launch.

Once final payment has been made and files or credentials are transferred, the sale is considered complete.

Cancellations by the Client

If you choose to cancel a project after the deposit has been paid but before design work has begun, you may request to apply your deposit toward a future project within 90 days (subject to availability and approval).

If cancellation occurs after design work has started, all payments made to that point are non-refundable.

Cancellations by JunieBug Designs

In the rare event that we must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, family emergency, or other cause), you’ll receive either:

  • A full refund of any payments made, or

  • The option to transfer your payment to a rescheduled project date.

2. Digital Products & Downloads

(Templates, printables, brand kits, digital guides, etc.)

All digital products are final sale due to their instant-delivery format.

Once the files are sent, downloaded, or accessed, no refunds, returns, or exchanges can be issued.

If you experience a technical issue with a file (corrupt download, access error, etc.), please email hello@juniebugdesigns.com, and we’ll ensure you receive a working replacement file promptly.

3. Retainer & Monthly Services

(Pinterest management, email campaigns, SEO maintenance, etc.)

Retainer services are billed at the start of each cycle.

Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the next billing period to avoid charges for the upcoming month.

Once work for a billing period has begun, payments are non-refundable.

4. Revisions & Satisfaction

We want you to love your final product.

Revisions are included as outlined in your proposal or service agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur a separate hourly fee, but we’ll always discuss that before proceeding.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

We’re happy to resolve most issues quickly through open communication.

Unauthorized chargebacks for services already rendered may result in the immediate termination of the project and additional collection fees.

6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To request a cancellation or inquire about eligibility, contact us at:

We’ll respond within 3–5 business days.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time.

Any changes will appear on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
